World Languages

The World Languages Department of San Lorenzo Valley High School strives to open the door to second language acquisition to its students in a fun, inviting manner while inspiring curiosity and exploration in culture and language.  We offer Spanish and French from beginning levels through Advanced Placement. Our instructors boast lifetimes of experience and fluency in their respective languages of expertise and two of our Spanish language teachers are SLV alumni!

World Languages is a subject area that is approached by students of varying levels of motivation and ability, and our department prides itself on catering to all.  Our goal is to help inspire generations of bilingual students who appreciate cultural diversity in a globally minded world.
