Felton, CA: San Lorenzo Valley High School Theatre is proud to present: Grease the original 1950’s rockin’ musical in 8 performances April 27th through May 7th, 2017th at the new SLVUSD Performing Arts Center.
Grease follows love-struck bad-boy Danny Zuko and girl-next-door Sandy Dumbrowski in a thrilling injection of pure fun with amazing dancing and songs you’ll want to sing. It’s the beloved rock n’ roll celebration of fast cars, and first loves all set in the fabulous fifties. This exuberating show features the songs from the Tony Award nominated Broadway show and hit movie, including: “You’re The One That I Want”, “Summer Nights”, “Hopelessly Devoted To You”, “Greased Lightnin’”, and “It’s Raining on Prom Night”. The cast includes an ensemble of over 50 singers and dancers supported by a five-piece live band.
Will Guilford directs the show, Nicki Kerns is the Vocal Director, Shannon Marie Kerr is the choreographer and Dan Lingenfelter as the Musical Director. Student Designers include: Phoebe Cole, Costumes, Kassidy Gamblin, Hair & Wigs, and Natalina Valera, Makeup.
Show times are Fridays and Saturdays at 7:00 p.m. and Sundays at 2 p.m., Community Night is Thursday, May 4th. Admission is $18 general admission, $15 for seniors, $13 students and Community Night, and $12 for ASB card holders. Tickets can be purchased in advance at tinyurl.com/SLVGrease and at the Performing Arts Center box office 45 minutes prior to show time on the SLV High School campus at 7105 Hwy 9, Felton, CA 95018.

The Drama Boosters support the continuing success of the SLVHS Drama Program by promoting the program and volunteering to staff productions and events. We are mostly the parents of drama students, but anyone with a desire to help this great program is welcome to join us!

Meetings are held the second Tuesday of the month in the SLVHS Staff Meeting Room at 6:30pm.

We have a listing of responsibilities for each position located HERE. Depending on the number of officers and interest, responsibilities may change. Nominations for Officer positions occur in the Spring each year, with transition at the June meeting. The first official meeting of the new officer core occurs in August.
